877game Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to 877game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full and binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 877game ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all products, services and features available at 877game.ws, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, poker, roulette, ludo, fishing games and all associated account and payment services.

By registering an account on 877game, making a deposit, placing a bet or participating in any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

877game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 877game, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 877game strictly prohibits account registration and gameplay by individuals under the age of 18. Age verification checks may be carried out at any time.
• You must be a real, individual person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, organisations and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 877game or any other platform from which 877game has received exclusion data.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid payment method linked to your identity.
• You warrant that all funds deposited into your 877game account are legitimately obtained and not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

877game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including a copy of a valid CNIC, passport or driving licence, plus proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). Accounts that fail to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may be suspended pending completion of the verification process.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 877game account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 877game's support team immediately via live chat or the official email address at support@877game.ws. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving a valid notification.

• You must not use another player's account or permit another person to use yours.
• You must not attempt to access 877game's back-end systems, APIs or administrative interfaces through any unauthorised means.
• You must not use account credentials obtained through phishing, social engineering or any other deceptive method.
• Automated login tools, bots or scripts that interact with the platform without human instruction are strictly prohibited.

877game will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any communication claiming to be from 877game and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

877game accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account being reviewed.
• Deposits are credited to your 877game wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Any delay in crediting is the result of processing time at the payment provider's end and should be reported to support if it persists beyond 30 minutes.
• 877game does not charge deposit fees. Any fees applied by your payment provider are outside our control.
• 877game reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that meet internal thresholds, as part of our AML compliance obligations.
• Deposits made in error or without intention to play cannot be refunded once gameplay has commenced.

5. Withdrawals & Payout Rules

Withdrawals at 877game are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Payouts are made exclusively in PKR.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during business hours.
• Before your first withdrawal, your account must complete identity verification. This includes submission of a valid CNIC or passport copy. Withdrawal requests made on unverified accounts will be held pending verification completion.
• 877game reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. During such checks, processing times may be extended and further documentation may be requested.
• If a deposit bonus has been accepted, the associated wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal can be processed from the bonus-eligible balance. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect credit to your account, 877game reserves the right to reverse that credit regardless of the account balance position at the time of correction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

877game offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback through the VIP Club programme, and event-specific promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified offer validity window. Expired offers cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated in full in each specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated period. Any unmet wagering balance will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus period along with any associated winnings.
• 877game reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Active bonus balances will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time the bonus was claimed.
• VIP Club cashback is calculated based on net losses in the qualifying period and credited weekly as stated in the VIP Club terms. Cashback is subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bot-assisted play to meet wagering requirements, or any other pattern of gameplay designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings and in cases of repeated abuse, permanent account closure.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting, live in-play betting and related wagering on the 877game platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the platform. Any subsequent odds change does not affect a confirmed bet.
• The minimum single bet amount is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on each market at the time of betting.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as defined in the 877game Sportsbook Rules document. Generally, void bets are refunded at the original stake.
• In the event of a palpable error in the odds posted by 877game — for example, odds that clearly do not reflect the market for that event — the company reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the bets have already settled.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and at 877game's absolute discretion. Live odds change in real time and a bet is not confirmed until the platform provides an explicit bet acceptance confirmation to the player.
• Accumulator bets containing invalid or voided legs will be recalculated excluding the voided selection, with the remaining legs standing at their original odds.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, technical glitches or latency in live markets to place bets at prices that do not reflect the actual current market is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account review and bet voiding.

8. Casino Games & Fairness

All casino games offered on 877game — including but not limited to Live Casino, Roulette, Poker, Fishing Games and Ludo — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live titles, and physical equipment for live dealer titles streamed in real time.

• RNG-based game outcomes are independently audited for statistical fairness by third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game category are published in the game descriptions.
• Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment operated by trained dealers. The outcome of live games is determined by the physical result of the spin, deal or draw and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the game result will be recorded by the server. If a disconnection prevents the recording of a result, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded. If a result was recorded before the disconnection, it will stand.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 877game platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed and any associated winnings voided:

• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud or money laundering.
• Using software bots, automated betting systems or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker games or any other competitive game format.
• Manipulating bet patterns to abuse bonuses, promotional credits or cashback offers.
• Attempting to reverse transactions or chargebacks through a payment provider after gameplay has occurred.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on 877game.
• Using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location or to access 877game from a restricted jurisdiction.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

877game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts will receive 30 days' notice before closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to the player's most recently used payment method after verification.

Upon closure of an account for breach of Terms, 877game reserves the right to retain any remaining balance as compensation for administrative costs and any losses resulting from the breach. Players who disagree with an account closure decision may submit a formal complaint as described in Section 16.

11. Responsible Gaming

• 877game is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity.
• 877game is not responsible for third-party payment provider delays, outages or errors that affect deposit or withdrawal timelines.
• 877game does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access to the platform and its services. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
• In the event of a force majeure — including natural disaster, war, government action, extended power failure or internet infrastructure failure — 877game's obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the event.

15. Changes to These Terms

When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory authority, in which case they will take effect without prior notice.

If you continue to use the 877game platform after the effective date of any revised Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the new Terms.
